We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations, services, and hotel amenities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A background in hospitality management is desirable but not mandatory.
