Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Operate multi-line phone systems, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests
