Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping management practices and hospitality standards.
- Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
