Front Desk Agent/ Night Audit

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing billing and payment processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest relations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour
