Thank you for applying for this position. We are seeking a Dual Hotel Sales Manager for 2 properties: The 106-room Home2 Suites in Northville and the 96-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Canton .
We have a central management office in Farmington Hills off Northwestern Highway. The Candidate will be able to work out of any of these locations and will need at least 1 day each week at each hotel.
The Sales Manager will assist the General Manager in all aspects of revenue management and reservations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for all group reservations, meeting and board room reservations, rate shopping, rate adjustments, corporate negotiated rates, and corporate and community outreach for sources of business, and participation in RMCC revenue calls
The Sales Manager will work beneath the Regional Director of Sales, who will be able to train and lead the Sales Manager. The DOS can be responsible for responding to RFP's, Local negotiated rates, and solicitation management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the market.
- Lead, mentor, and manage with our existing Sales Coordinator
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and market research.
- Establish new local accounts and maintain positive relationships with current accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Respond to leads in a timely fashion using Delphi, Amadeus and HotelPlanner
- Represent the company at local events, industry functions, and client meetings.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- 1 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the Denver business environment and key market drivers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of GRO, R&I, PEP and Hilton systems is a plus
