Job Summary
As a Housekeeping Team Member at Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
- Restock supplies including towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met
- Follow established cleaning protocols to uphold health and safety standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly for quick resolution
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas
- Assist with laundry duties as needed to support overall hotel operations
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is a plus
- Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments enhances your candidacy
