Job Overview
Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the breakfast area to ensure a clean, welcoming, and satisfying guest experience. You will be the face of hospitality in the morning, helping guests start their day with a great meal and a smile.
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and take down the breakfast area before and after service.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, stocked, and presented attractively.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
- Monitor and clean the breakfast area, ensuring tables, counters, and food areas remain clean and tidy.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Restock utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform lightweight housecleaning: mopping, vacuuming, dusting & scrubbing.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize well to meet deadlines
- Behaves with integrity, honesty, and is open with guests and fellow associates.
- Develops effective working relationships with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives, and agencies.
- There are times when you may have to deal with an unhappy person; you do need to know how to deal professionally, courteously, and tactfully with the public and coworkers.
