Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City-Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring brand cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met. The Housekeeping Supervisor trains, coaches, and supports housekeeping and laundry team members, monitors inventory of supplies and linens, and coordinates with the front desk and maintenance teams to address room status and service needs. The role includes handling guest requests and feedback related to room cleanliness, assisting with scheduling and shift coverage, and helping with hands-on cleaning or laundry work when needed to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading housekeeping or operations teams.
