Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team for the 7 AM–3 PM / 3 PM - 11 PM shifts. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in guests efficiently while providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Manage phone lines, responding to calls in a courteous and timely manner, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Perform evening and night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced and recorded accurately.
• Maintain current knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and events to assist guests with recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to hotel standards.
• Process reservations accurately using the hotel’s property management system (PMS) and maintain an organized front desk area.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Working knowledge of hospitality management systems and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
