Cleans and tidies guest rooms (full service and stayover) and common areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation by making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies (toiletries, coffee), emptying trash and maintaining carts, while also reporting maintenance issues and responding to guest requests to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
