Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
