Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout their visit
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct product demos to educate guests about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and basic math calculations
- Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and ensuring store displays are organized
- Assist with retail store product knowledge by answering guest questions confidently and providing detailed information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising or leading teams is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, cashiering procedures, and retail sales transactions
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately and manage cash drawer handling responsibly
- Familiarity with retail store product knowledge and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
