Responsibilities
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 3P-11P AND 11P-8A.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate reservation records using hotel management software and update guest profiles as needed.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Provide detailed guest services including concierge assistance, local information, and special requests.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and resort operations if applicable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to build lasting guest relationships.
