Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first line of support during overnight hours, managing front desk responsibilities, handling reservations, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every guest. Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries using exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accuracy in billing and accounting records
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, guest requests, and internal communication efficiently
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold property standards
- Provide multilingual or bilingual assistance to accommodate diverse guest populations and enhance guest relations
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality reservation systems is advantageous
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems, resort environments, or night audit functions will set candidates apart
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele and enhancing guest experiences
