Duties
- Conduct nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with hospitality reservation systems.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized attention.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to respond effectively to safety incidents or urgent situations during overnight hours.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with guest relations by offering multilingual or bilingual support when needed, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and multi-line phone system handling.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
