Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels and toiletries to enhance guest comfort.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of all surface areas.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards.
- Assist with general custodial duties around the hotel premises to support overall cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
- Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
