What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk position at Hampton Inn - Morgantown?
Are you a night owl? Do you prefer working independently?
This is a night shift position, primarily 11PM - 7AM.
The ideal candidate should be prepared to perform the following duties:
Report to work on time, dressed in proper uniform
Act as guest service agent, assisting guests in person and over the phone
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Check guests in and out, and make reservations
Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain confidential information
Previous credit card handling experience a plus
Run reports, balance daily revenue and credit card transactions
Prepare and email reports to management
Assist in breakfast set up and preparation
Light cleaning as assigned, empty trash, and sweep sidewalks during inclement weather
Maintain a safe work environment at all times
All other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
