Job Summary
Hampton Inn is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Breakfast Attendant to provide an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. This position is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining the breakfast area while ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service begins.
- Cook and prepare hot breakfast items according to brand standards.
- Keep food and beverage stations fully stocked throughout breakfast hours.
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining room.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and breakfast equipment.
- Properly store food and supplies after breakfast service.
- Assist with inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Complete daily cleaning duties and closing tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
