Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations management
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of all account postings
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Assist with late-night phone inquiries using multi-line phone systems while practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols
- Previous experience in guest services, hotel experience, or hospitality management is preferred
