Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during night hours with friendly, professional service, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and guest feedback to support management decision-making.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills when needed.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access points for staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure the hotel’s smooth overnight operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail for financial audits and report preparation.
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is essential.
