Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Full-Time)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Desk Clerk. As the face of our hotel during evening hours, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering above-average customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus
