Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed
- Manage and coordinate reservations or inquiries
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting with general inquiries
- Maintain office organization through clerical tasks such as filing, document management, and inventory control
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
