Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage phones with courteous phone etiquette, handling inquiries efficiently
- Check guests in and out swiftly while ensuring all reservation details are accurate and complete
- Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
- Maintain guest records, handle billing procedures, and process payments accurately
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Upholding spa standards and and procedures to ensure safety, security, and guest satisfaction at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and efficiently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are required to better serve our diverse clientele
- Familiarity with appointment software systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, friendly interactions over the phone and in person
- Ability to multi task and deliver luxury experience for our clientele.
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and hospitality best practices to create welcoming environments
