- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish items promptly, and maintain an inviting display for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and address any special dietary requests or needs
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
- Clear tables, bus tables efficiently, and support overall dining room cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy breakfast hours
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and order management
- Background in banquet service, catering events, or hotel dining environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of dietary accommodations, food safety practices, and proper knife skills for meal prep
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent guest relations
