We are seeking an Operations Manager who is hands-on, dependable, and focused on executing daily operations at a high level.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with day-to-day hotel operations. This position is heavily operational and ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for Front Office and Housekeeping, with support of Engineering and Guest Services
- Lead by example on the floor and ensure brand standards and cleanliness expectations are met
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and daily labor execution
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of team members
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to support strong satisfaction scores
- Conduct room inspections and ensure room readiness standards are met
- Monitor supplies, inventory levels, and operational controls
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance on room status and priority items
- Support group arrivals, special requests, and operational execution
- Step into MOD coverage as needed to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Prior Operations Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, or leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong background in Front Office and Housekeeping operations
- Hilton experience preferred
- Familiarity with PEP, OnQ R&I, and GRO is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or holidays when needed
