What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person - Hospitality position at Hampton Inn by Hilton?
Major duties include: basic repair work, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, preventative maintenance, and indoor & outdoor grounds upkeep.
Vocational training is a preferred but not required. Demonstrated general mechanical skills are necessary. Basic repair, painting, wall covering, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, boiler operations, pool maintenance and general maintenance skills required. Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs. Requires reaching overhead, climbing, crouching, and twisting. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be available to work weekends and may be called in on scheduled days off. Valid drivers license required.
