Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant as well as a laundry attendant, where your keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming and pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness and guest comfort, ensuring every stay is memorable. We are a completely renovated property! Your energy and dedication will directly contribute to the positive experiences of our visitors, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest needs.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to deliver consistent quality and protect guest health.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold overall cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred, but not required as we offer paid training.
- Must be reliable and have the ability to work Weekend, and Holidays.
- Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
