Role Description The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Albuquerque, NM. This role oversees daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries and reservations. The Front Office Manager leads and schedules front desk team members, ensures adherence to brand standards, and monitors performance to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, managing cash handling and reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves training staff, implementing front office procedures, and supporting a welcoming, efficient, and safe lobby environment.
