Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces with precision and efficiency.
• Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational readiness.
• Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when required, including the use of janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with housekeeping management duties such as inventory control, reporting maintenance issues, and coordinating with other departments to meet service standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines related to custodial work and industrial cleaning processes.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in general cleaning techniques including floor care and surface sanitation.
• Experience with janitorial or industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals ensures efficient task completion.
