Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their breakfast experience
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and replenishment to ensure a fresh and appealing buffet or menu offering
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, serving stations, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food handling and preparation tasks
- Ensure compliance with food safety management standards and sanitation protocols at all times
- Support catering or banquet events as needed, including setup, serving, and cleanup tasks
- Handle weight-based food handling tasks with precision while adhering to manual handling safety guidelines
- Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries and dietary needs professionally
Our breakfast is served 6am-10am daily. Breakfast host hours are typically 5am-Noon. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and providing great service. We have 2 positions open, one part time and one full time host.
