Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide prompt, attentive service during breakfast hours
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring dietary restrictions or special requests are accommodated
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or serving stations as needed
- Uphold all food handling protocols, sanitation practices, and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment
Qualifications
