Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a polished appearance.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow established sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and promote health safety across all areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with janitorial tasks and custodial responsibilities to support overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies is advantageous.
• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management roles is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
