We are looking for an Experienced Hotel Front Office Agent that is flexible to work either AM or PM shifts. Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY and be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including holidays.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hotel front desk experience. Knowledge with Hilton's system "PEP" is a plus.
- Basic Computer knowledge and be able to operate Microsoft office applications
- A passion in Service and Hospitality Industry
- Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and must have open availability. Schedule will depend on business' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in/check out guests, make/modify/verify reservations, answer external and internal phone calls, be able to promote the Hilton Honors program, must recognize Hilton honors members and provide their benefits upon arrival
- Handle and process any cash/credit card transactions at the front desk
- Print/Preview and review important daily reports, maintain great communication with front desk team, MOD, housekeeping, and operations department
- Read and create shift report and pass along any important information to the team and next shift
- Be able to drive the hotel shuttle as needed
- Be able to solve guests' issues or concerns in a timely manner and be professional at all times
- Ensure all necessary forms and checklist are completed at the end of your shift
- Be knowledgeable with hotel's information and local geographic area
- Restock items at our 24-hour Treats Shop.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized
- Issues luggage tags for any guests who wants to store their belongings at the front desk
- Perform any other duties as needed
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
- Prior experience and knowledge with Hilton's property management system - PEP is preferred
- Prior experience with hotel front desk day-to-day operations
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and clear vision.
- Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction
- Must be a good listener and problem solver
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to read and write
- Extensive knowledge of hotel's services, amenities, and facilities
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Must have strong leadership and customer relations skills

- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
