What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Best Western PLUS Saint Peter?
Are you an out-going, engaging person by nature? We are looking for a candidate that takes pride in providing outstanding customer service to guests and fellow team members. Must be organized, creative, a team player and want to grow! Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as business may require. Currently, we are prioritizing those with availability to flex between our 7-3 and 3-11 shifts with a priority on weekend availability, and can work a minimum of 24 hours per week.

What will you be doing:
-Greeting guests in a warm, professional manner as they arrive
-Handling all reservations over the phone and in-person
-Checking in/out guests efficiently and accurately
-Respond promptly to all hotel guest questions and requests with a cheery disposition
- Assist with laundry and breakfast duties
Job responsibilities:
-Effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and supervisors
-Ability to work efficiently with the POS System
-Able to engage clearly and effectively with guests on the phone and in-person
-Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
Job Requirements:
-GED or HS Diploma
-Valid Driver’s License
-Proven computer skills
-Communication skills
-Willingness to work weekends and holidays
