Position SummaryHampton House Events is seeking an Event Planning Assistant who is organized, reliable, resourceful, and creative. This is an apprenticeship with a paid opportunity for the right candidate beginning as early as May 9, 2026.
Responsibilities- Assist with event planning, coordination, and day-of execution
- Support vendor outreach, scheduling, and logistics
- Support creative projects (design boards, décor ideas, research)
- Contribute to marketing, PR and social media campaigns
- Provide physical assistance and troubleshooting support onsite
- 21 or older
- Experience, Interest or Studies in Event Planning, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing or Sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Real-world event planning & production experience
- Mentorship from an experienced event producer
- Opportunity to work on, and attend luxury events in the Hamptons
- Portfolio-worthy experience and professional references
Schedule: Part-time hours outside of events can be flexible
Work Location: Remote (with some in-person opportunities). Office available as well.
