Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, providing a seamless experience for all guests
• Lead guest relations efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every interaction
• Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to maintain financial accuracy overnight
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve service issues quickly
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
• Support training and mentoring of team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and customer service
• Assist with hotel management tasks such as reservations, billing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong background in guest services and front desk functions
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse guests
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure smooth nightly operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters positive guest relations
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
• Previous hotel experience in resort or similar environments is preferred for a quick transition into the role
• Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
