We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Dallas/Duncanville.
Position Overview:
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the hotel — ensuring profitability, exceptional guest service, team development, and strict brand compliance. This position requires an experienced leader with a strong sales and revenue mindset, someone who thrives on driving top-line results while effectively managing costs and inspiring a high-performance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring operational and service excellence
- Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to grow occupancy and ADR
- Build relationships within the community and drive local sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Hilton sales teams to maximize brand opportunities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven business decisions
- Ensure guest satisfaction through visible, hands-on leadership
- Maintain the property's condition and direct maintenance or improvement projects as needed
- Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture
- Uphold all Hilton brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience preferred
- Hampton Inn and/or Hilton brand experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in hotel revenue management, financial operations, and sales leadership
- Strong understanding of local sales and marketing strategies to drive business
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
