Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly and courteously
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism, striving to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner while managing administrative tasks such as logging arrivals/departures and updating guest records
• Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance for overnight operations

Experience

• Previous hotel management or hospitality experience preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is highly valued
• PEP experience and Hilton experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus for serving diverse clientele effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks
• Experience in guest relations or resort environments helps deliver an elevated guest experience
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities confidently when required, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude contribute to success in this energetic role
