We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/Customer Service Agent to become a part of our team! You will accommodate guests and work with other departments to ensure efficient operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule. Roughly 32 or more hours possible weekly based on demand. This is an alternating shift, the required available work hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Must be available to work overtime when necessary or needed.Please apply in person OR on this website.
