Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service hours
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures by cleaning work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly to uphold food safety standards
• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their breakfast experience
• Monitor food safety practices by following proper storage, handling, and temperature controls for all food items
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for any paid breakfast options or special orders
• Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and efficient operation during breakfast hours

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding food handling and safety protocols
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health regulations
