Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with dietary needs or special requests.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in catering or banquet setups for special events or group bookings when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and food industry best practices.
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills.
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous.
