We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This position is full-time and works morning shifts of 6:00am-2:30pm and weekends are required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and provide customer support.
- Perform data entry tasks related to guest information and billing accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with front desk operations or similar environments is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
