Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional service
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests using hospitality reservation systems such as PEP or similar property management systems (PMS)
- Conduct the nightly audit process by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports accurately
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and internal communications efficiently
- Document all shift activities thoroughly through shift reports, incident reports, and logs to ensure clear communication across teams
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle urgent situations confidently
- Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest services during overnight hours is preferred
