Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face and vigilant guardian of our hotel during overnight hours. This energetic role combines guest relations, front desk operations, and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless experience for guests and smooth hotel operations. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining security protocols—all while working behind the scenes to prepare for the new day. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a safe, welcoming environment that guests remember.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Perform night audit procedures and balance daily hotel transactions
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Conduct basic property security checks during overnight hours
- Prepare nightly reports and communicate important updates to management
- Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel systems (Hilton PeP or similar) is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Schedule Availability
Candidates must be flexible availability for:
- Overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM) Monday & Tuesday
- PM shift (3PM - 11 PM)
- Weekends and holidays when needed
- Additional shifts to cover front desk when required
