Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls accurately
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring billing accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Maintain security protocols, managing access control, and conducting safety checks throughout the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with precision
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and empathetically
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus; knowledge of hospitality best practices is highly valued
