Reporting to the US Quotations and Technical Support Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the Sales Team. This internship provides hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data integrity practices, and business operations that drive commercial success. The role will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Cleanup: Identify and remove duplicate customer records, correct inaccurate entries, and update missing information such as emails, phone numbers, and job titles.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter new leads, contact details, and meeting notes into the CRM system.
- Database Maintenance: Review customer and account data to ensure alignment with current company structures and hierarchies.
- List Segmentation: Assist in building and maintaining targeted lists to support marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts.
- Currently enrolled in a college or university business program
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Superior organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Ability to work under and to meet deadlines consistently
- Detail oriented
