We are seeking a motivated Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and takes ownership of projects from early development through final construction closeout.
Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction and development projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting both development and construction phases.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from early development and pre-construction through completion
- Assist with development coordination, permitting, and project planning
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Track project costs and approve invoices and change orders
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits and quality control reviews
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to protect timeline and budget
Qualifications
- 3 years project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience in development or pre-construction coordination preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)
- Experience with Buildertrend preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
