Quality Inspector-12 Hour Shift

Looking for a stable schedule with built-in time off and steady hours? We are hiring Quality Inspectors to join a fast-growing manufacturing team in the Charleston area.

If you have a good eye for detail, take pride in doing things the right way, and like hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.

Choose Your Shift

• Day Shift (A/B): 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift (C/D): 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off pattern...means you work every other weekend, but get 3-day weekends regularly!)

A Day in the Life

• Inspecting finished products and components for quality, appearance, and workmanship
• Checking measurements and specifications to make sure products meet requirements
• Identifying defects, inconsistencies, or other quality issues and communicating them to the appropriate team
• Completing inspection records, checklists, and other quality documentation
• Working closely with production to help identify and resolve quality concerns
• Keeping your inspection area clean, organized, and safe

• Reliable Transportation: You have your own dependable ride to get to work every scheduled shift.
• Quality Mindset: You notice the details and take pride in making sure work is done correctly.
• Manufacturing Experience: Prior quality, inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right person.
• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and scheduled alternating weekends.
• Hands-on Skills: Able to stand and move throughout the shift and comfortably work with basic tools and equipment.
