What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction laborer position at Hammers Construction Inc.?
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication.
Unloading, handling, stockpiling, and erecting of materials delivered to the jobsite.
Cooperate with others in a team environment
Accept and follow direction from foreman and superintendents. Follow employer rules and procedures. Punctual and consistent attendance. Maintain safe and clean work environment and work trailer.
Must be able to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy. Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, climb, kneel and periodically lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely work from an elevated position of greater than 6 feet. Must be able to safely operate power equipment such as: table saw, radial arm saw, belt and disc sanders, drill presses, fall protection, and other hand and power tools required to complete work.
Must maintain positive attitude and professional customer interaction.
Past industry or similar job experience is a plus but will train.
