Hammer & Nails is a luxury men's barbershop; we elevate the salon experience to an art form where creativity meets craftsmanship, and each cut, trim, or shave becomes a masterpiece.What We're Looking For:We seek an exceptional Part-Time Member Concierge for our Gainesville, VA shop.This can be a part-time or full-time role.We need someone who can work during the weekday and weekends. 20-25 hours a week.We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Member Concierge who may have past salon, barbershop, spa, or wellness experience.Responsibilities:As a Member Concierge at Hammer & Nails, you will:Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and memorable first impression.Assist members in making reservations for various services and amenities, such as spa treatments, dining, events, etc.Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance members' experiences based on their preferences and interests.Handle member inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met to the best of your ability.Coordinate and facilitate special arrangements for members, such as organizing celebrations or surprises for special occasions.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the club's offerings, facilities, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed members' expectations.Qualifications:Passion, dedication, and a customer-centric attitude are more important than formal qualifications.
