Role Description The Water Transfer Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Williston, ND, responsible for overseeing daily water transfer operations at active job sites. This role coordinates crews, assigns tasks, and ensures proper setup, operation, and removal of pumps, hoses, and related heavy equipment. The Foreman monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and enforces safety protocols and environmental guidelines. Daily responsibilities include communicating with project managers and customers, maintaining accurate logs and reports, inspecting equipment for maintenance needs, and training team members on procedures and best practices. The position requires hands-on work in outdoor conditions and flexible hours based on project schedules.

Qualifications
